BW Electrical Contractors Inc. is Ben Wilson's company. It's based in Middleborough and works on homes across Plymouth County, the South Shore and Greater Boston — everything from a dead outlet to a full lighting plan, and the wiring of houses being built from scratch.
The short version
A local company, not a call center.
Ben started BW Electrical Contractors Inc. in 2008 and has been working in the same towns ever since. When you call, you're talking to the person who will look at the job, price it and stand behind it.
Most of the work is residential: lighting installation and design, emergency generator systems, fire alarm systems, panel and service work, and the electrical a house needs day to day. Alongside that is new construction wiring — houses being built, and commercial buildings too. Much of it comes from homeowners who have had us back for a second or third job, or who passed the number to a neighbor.
There's no sales team and no script. If a job isn't worth doing the way you're describing it, you'll hear that too.

Electrical work happens inside the place you live. That shapes how the job gets done as much as the wiring does.

Correct sizing, neat cable runs, secure terminations and finish work that looks deliberate — including the parts nobody sees once the cover goes back on.

You'll know what the job involves, what it will take and what has to happen before we start. If something changes mid-job, you hear about it before the work continues.

Respect for your property
Floors covered, drilling kept where it belongs, debris cleaned up. A house is not a job site to the people who live in it.

Reliability
Calls get returned and scheduled work gets shown up for. If a day has to move, you'll get told rather than left waiting. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
